Borralha Hotel, Restaurante & Spa - Vila Real

Had fairly nice experience, overall stylish place.

the overall features were brand-new. booked a room with particularly nice views of mountain and sky. it included central heating, tv, and a mini bar fridge, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the hotel's location was central, on the outskirts of vila real. can recommend this place and would happily go back again.

Fairly clean place with magnificent view of mountain and sky. Contemporary, good-sized rooms, great bed, very helpful staff. Big bathroom and a walk-in shower with good sewerage.

we stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was brilliant and clean, with marvellous location on the city center. location: the venue was right by surrounding areas as well as the bars & restaurants. nothing too much trouble, the venue met every demand.

Modern and fairly clean place, nice view of mountain and sky. A lot of great food for meals. Great service, parking on site. Poolside bar and nice pool🙂

Could really improve on the pool seating situation!!! A bit more attention to the signage would make finding the entrance a lot easier!!! It feels like a business hotel rather than a getaway spot.

Beautiful hotel, lovely breakfast, and a nothing noisy with a fine view of the trees, complemented by a helpful staff, made our stay nice, including Bruno at the front desk who provided excellent recommendations for nearby dinner and hiking options.

The room was modern and had a beautiful view of the pool. We loved lounging by the outdoor pool and indulging in some relaxing time at the sauna. The only downside was the restaurant's vibe, but the wine recommendations were on point 🍷

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay with my family! The outdoor pool was a relaxing escape from the heat, and the delicious breakfast with natural juice made each morning special. We also loved the exquisite dinner served at the hotel, which was a highlight of our trip.

The Bedroom Door rattled loudly every time the front door opened. I reported the issue with the curtain not closing properly, but nothing was done during my five-night stay. The staff's attitude was generally cold, with only a couple showing any warmth.

The room was modern and stylish, with a pleasant atmosphere for my business stay. The extensive breakfast buffet included fresh pastries and a variety of organic juices. The staff was helpful, efficiently assisting with my work-related requests .

Loved the breakfast and the peaceful atmosphere, but wi-fi was spotty at times.
