Fairly clean place with magnificent view of mountain and sky. Contemporary, good-sized rooms, great bed, very helpful staff. Big bathroom and a walk-in shower with good sewerage.

the overall features were brand-new. booked a room with particularly nice views of mountain and sky. it included central heating, tv, and a mini bar fridge, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the hotel's location was central, on the outskirts of vila real. can recommend this place and would happily go back again.

I have booked this hotel many times and highly recommend it. the room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. the hotel's location is great, being very close to the outskirts of Vila Real, Portugal for over 40 years, and the lake. the pool bar on the premises was convenient.

Modern and fairly clean place, nice view of mountain and sky. A lot of great food for meals. Great service, parking on site. Poolside bar and nice pool🙂

we stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was brilliant and clean, with marvellous location on the city center. location: the venue was right by surrounding areas as well as the bars & restaurants. nothing too much trouble, the venue met every demand.

The location was central and wonderful, with easy access to main roads and surrounding areas. the room was amazingly clean and absolutely perfect, with pleasant views of the mountains and sky.

This place offers brand-new rooms with beautiful bathrooms and extremely comfortable beds.

Separate bedrooms and toilets. Renovated building with taste. Nice host. Good breakfast. Lovely swimming pool.

I loved staying in this hotel. It had a great location. Opposite a large shopping mall and close to the city center, it's perfect for exploring the city on foot or driving around. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh bread and pastries. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

As a backpacker, I loved the beautiful and calm atmosphere at Borralha Hotel. the property was lovely and quiet, yet conveniently located within walking distance to the town. the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of options including a custom-made omelet. the dining room had a peaceful environment with a view of the trees. the staff in the breakfast room were very kind and helpful. Bruno at the front desk was a welcoming and knowledgeable manager, providing excellent recommendations for dinner and hikes in the area.

During my Christmas stay, there were two aspects that I really enjoyed. the room was spacious and very comfortable. The bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the overall ambiance of the room was cozy and inviting. the food was delicious, especially the dinner we had to celebrate our anniversary. The romantic package brought extra touches like a flower bouquet, champagne, and strawberries with chocolate, which added a special touch to our celebration. the hotel's location was a key advantage. It was situated in a picturesque area, and although it was outside of the town center, it was still within walking distance, allowing us to explore the city without much hassle.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the staff could be more attentive and focused on the guests' needs.

The hotel also offers a dining restaurant, a bar/lounge area, and a snack bar, providing plenty of options for meals and drinks. the staff and amenities at this hotel made my stay enjoyable and memorable.
